Getting started
What if I don't know where to start?+
That's the most common place to start. Book a free 30-minute consult, we'll walk through your workflow, identify the 2–3 places where AI would actually save time, and give you an honest read on whether it's worth doing now or later.
How long does it take to build an agent or GPT?+
Most Starter projects ship in 1–2 weeks. Standard tier is usually 2–3 weeks. Advanced builds with CRM integrations run 3–4 weeks. We commit to a timeline in the proposal so there's no guesswork.
Can I just book you for a single project?+
Absolutely. Every project has fixed pricing and a clear deliverable. Ongoing monthly support is optional, pick it only if you want us around after launch.
Tools & platforms
Do I need to use Microsoft tools to work with you?+
Nope. Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio are sweet spots because we've built a lot there, but we also work extensively with Claude, OpenAI, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, JIRA, and Notion. We'll recommend based on what you already use.
Which platforms do you integrate with?+
The usual suspects: Claude, Microsoft 365/Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, JIRA, Notion, Slack, Power Automate, and most tools with a decent API. If your system has webhooks or an API, we can usually make it talk.
What's the difference between you hosting vs. us hosting?+
We host: you pay a monthly plan and we handle monitoring, ops, tuning, and hosting. Model usage is metered separately and itemized each month. Simpler, more predictable.
You host: we build and hand off to your environment. You own everything, but you also own the maintenance. Later help is available as scoped work.
Build pricing is the same either way.
Pricing & billing
Is your pricing fixed, or does it "depend"?+
We're transparent about how we price, not boxed into a single number. Productized work (onboarding units, monthly plans) shows real figures. Custom build and foundations work is anchored with a "from" price publicly and scoped with you on a call. Either way, you get a written proposal with a specific price before any work starts, and if scope changes mid-project we write a change order rather than quietly billing extra.
What about API or model usage costs?+
Model usage is metered and billed monthly at our published rate, itemized so you can see exactly what ran. We don't bundle a fixed "message count" because a single answer on a top model can vary a lot depending on the work it does. Each monthly plan includes a small usage allowance; beyond that, you pay only for what you actually use. No surprise bills.
Do you require a long-term contract?+
No retainers you can't cancel. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Project work is pay-on-delivery milestones.
Ongoing support
What happens after launch?+
You have three options: pick a monthly plan (Care, Growth, or Evergreen), request scoped changes as you need them, or just email when something comes up. Most small teams start with Care and scale up only if they actually need it.
Will my team be trained to manage this themselves?+
Yes. Training is built into our onboarding work, every per-seat onboarding includes 1:1 training, and every project ships with handoff documentation. We'd rather teach your team to fish than create a dependency.
